Excellent place and staff are friendly .... beautiful surroundings well location for travelling around full facility available clean rooms shop aplenty with many options for work delingts good for personal and family travels..........

“Do Not Disturb” means nothing to the employees. They kept waking me up for no reason.

Generally a very nice hotel with very nice rooms in the best location. I give 3 stars instead of 5 because of 2 things I find important in a 5* hotel. They don’t respect the “Do not disturb”. They woke me up 3 times in two days to ask if I want them to clean the room. I had clearly placed the do not disturb. They even called me twice to ask to clean the room. After one week with 2 hours sleep per day, I needed some decent sleep over the weekend and that was not respected. I find it horrible for such a hotel not to respect the guests’ needs, especially when is nothing required other than not to be disturbed. The second thing that annoyed me is the lack of vanity kit, toothbrush and shaving kit in the room. Even motels offer them and in such hotel is not standard in the room.

Unhappy stay in Swissotel

Unless you pay for the hotel stays, Accor will not credit the night stays, unlike Marriott or IHG. The airconditioning is not working properly and the room temperature can be very warm even at full blast of the airconditioning. Pillows are really soft and hard pillows are still soft

We had a very good stay in your hotel & i am so satisfied w/ how you welcome us..there are minor incidents & I don’t know who to blame, i just hope this won’t happen again..anyways, i still would like to stay again there for my future trip to shanghai
